This is an hour long in person or virtual appointment focused on working on working on progress on identified therapeutic and clinical goals and may consist of different treatment modalities and interventions.

This is an hour long in person or virtual appointment focused on Eye-Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing. This therapy includes talking and processing while stimulating eye movements and bi-lateral movement to help clients work on thought processes that have seemed be a sticking point. It historically is a trauma therapy, and is also utilized for several other mental health related topics and addictive behavior.

EMDR Intensives are longer periods of time to work on topics or situations that come up in sessions.  These are used to be able to stay focused working on the identified issue(s) at hand which allows for more processing and progress that may feel more rushed or unfinished in a typical hour-long session.  EMDR intensives are particularly beneficial if the identified target(s) have been established.

A confidential closed small group experience for men who have struggled with porn use, cam sites, and chat apps. Skirmish is focused on helping these men work on their identified struggle(s), gain some education on the behavior(s), develop peer support, and develop resources to make a change that they desire.
