Talk Therapy

Talk therapy is used to work on identifying and challenging negative thought processes, behaviors, and offering support, developing coping skills, goal setting, boundaries, and helping to reframe maladaptive thoughts.  Work is focused on things identified during the initial appointment that we collaboratively determine we want to address.  During these sessions we will look at how things are progressing, acknowledge and empower through regression, and come up with a plan for things moving forward. Appointments are an hour long and can be in person or virtual. â€‹

David and Sarah fees: $150 (self-pay)

Aaron's fee: $125 (self-pay)

Insurance fee: Will vary based on your specific plan and coverage.
