My Story
I have had the privilege to serve and help a wide range of people in many diverse settings. I have learned that no one is beyond grace and there is great joy in seeing lives turned around for the better.

Through training and experience I have developed the ability to counsel a number of mental health concerns such as relational conflict, depression, anxiety, codependency, grief, addiction, and trauma recovery. I am a heartfelt listener, as well as a practical strategist, for helping people. I have worked with children, teens, married couples, parents, and adults with various life situations. I also have a history of working with individuals involved in ministry settings.

I value a collaborative and holistic approach to counseling. I invest time to know my clients and believe that we are all impacted by family, social, cultural, and economical factors. Due to these factors, I feel it is important that clients are given a safe space to share their stories.
