Insurance

David accepts self-pay and is in network with the following insurance providers: Aetna, Anthem, Caresource, Cigna, and United (Optum, UHC, UMR).
*Most United plans are no longer offering virtual sessions after June 2022.

Sarah and Aaron accept self-pay and can provide a super-bill for insurance reimbursement.

All other insurance providers will be considered self-pay and can be given documentation to submit for reimbursement

Open Path

Open Path Collective is a sliding fee scale option for individuals who are legitimately not able to afford insurance and traditional self-pay rates.

Fees

David: $175 for initial appointments or assessments and $150 for subsequent sessions; if using insurance that I am in network with then you will be charged at your contracted insurance rate.

Sarah: $175 initial appointments or assessments and $150 for subsequent sessions

Aaron: $160 for initial appointments or assessments and $125 for subsequent sessions.

Payments

We accept debit/credit card and HSA through the client portal. We can also accept cash and personal checks in office.
