There may come a time when you find yourself at your wit’s end, unable to find a solution for the troubles life has thrown your way. After all, we should be able to solve our own problems, right? For many of us, the decision to call a therapist is the last thing we want to do as it can feel like admitting weakness, but it takes courage to make that call. Whether things have become totally unmanageable for you or it’s simply time for a mental health checkup, allow us to start building a foundation together to get your life back the way you want it.
Through my years in the mental health field, I have been privileged enough to work with a variety of populations. However, my experience most extensively derives from serious mental illnesses, addictions, and dual diagnoses. My approach focuses on a combination of existential and cognitive-behavioral interventions, and I find that individuals struggling with things such as addictive behaviors, isolation, or a lack of meaning in life will find my approach particularly useful. Let’s get to the bottom of this!
